1. FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA POSTAL SERVICE (Thailand Post, for large/heavy items):
If the parcel is RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS) due to the buyer's failure to pay customs fees or failure to collect the package from the post office/depot:
We will issue a partial refund for the item's value MINUS all non-recoverable costs (including original shipping, return shipping fees, customs penalties, and all platform/transaction fees).
2. FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA FASTSHIP COMPANY/COURIER (For small/light items):
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Abandonment Policy Due to the courier's terms, if the package is not claimed, refused, or cannot be cleared through customs, the parcel will be considered ABANDONED and DESTROYED at the destination country.
In this event, the item cannot be returned to us, and therefore, NO REFUND (including shipping cost and item value) can be issued.

Due to the strict terms of our economy shipping carrier, if the package is undeliverable or not picked up by the recipient from the local post office (USPS) within the specified holding period.
The parcel will be immediately abandoned (destroyed) at the destination country. It will not be returned to the sender (RTS).
Our shop cannot issue a refund for the product or shipping costs if the package is abandoned due to the buyer's failure to collect.
